80 proof vodka is one of the largest spirit categories. Vodka should be odorless and tasteless per US regulations. Vodka should be a compliment to the main flavor of a cocktail without being noticed. 80 proof vodka is 40% alcohol by volume and 60% water. Our Holman’s High 148 Proof is 74% alcohol by volume and 26% water.
